It was relatively warm throughout UK today so I guess most people took advantage of the weather by wearing less layers. My friend even said “it’s hot!”, and she’s Malaysian. That was only 13-15 degrees. Can you imagine when we return to Malaysia?? Double the temperature alright. Oh boy.
While walking to class I even passed by some people sitting and chilling on the grass, some boys playing frisbee in t-shirts and shorts. A sign of spring? I sure hope so!
In that spirit, I decided to add a splash of colour to my wardrobe. During winter I stuck to bold colours. I would mostly wear black, blue, green and brown, with an occasional touch of pink and white. Slowly I started throwing in some dresses, lighter jackets and yesterday I decided to go over the top with this multi-coloured patterned Miso jacket from Republic. I’m very much attracted to colours and abstract patterns so the moment I walked into Republic and saw this, I thought, this is perfect. Definitely sparked up my wardrobe alright.
OK, I must admit I bought the jacket for a certain event and I’m not sure if I’ll wear it on a daily basis :p
But really, I can’t wait for Spring to officially be here! Spring dresses galore!
I can’t wait for spring myself! :) Was so happy just wearing a top under the jacket yesterday.
